1. Business Development Manager

Department - Sales & Marketing
Loaction : Mumbai
Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Purpose of Job : To maximize the business profits by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer’s relationship within the commercial industry.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
  • Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations.
  • Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format.
  • Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed.
  • Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues.
  • Assess the targeted quality of business coming in; refocusing efforts if off track.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Present proposals on potential client’s needs.
  • Present quotes and suggest solutions on customer’s needs.
  • Assist sales through calls and web based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.
  • Uncover potential clients needs to sell solutions.
  • Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
  • Understand client requirement and create wire frame to save development time.

Person Specification:

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Commercially oriented with at least 6 months to 5 year of progressive business development, sales, experience in the similar or other industry.
  • Candidate should have an Engineering degree &/ or Business degree in Sales / Marketing major preferred) and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Should be highly flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

2. Inside Sales Executive

Experience – 0 - 1 year
Loaction - Pune
Purpose of Job - : To maximize the business profits by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound leads and nurture the relationship through closing of the deal
  • Build relationships and provide education while developing brand awareness
  • Provide prospects with the benefits of our services
  • Deliver sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target markets
  • Maintains professional communication with management regarding activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
  • Consistently achieving goals and expectations

Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have an B.com or BA with equivalent work experience.
  • Must possess exceptional phone and great communication skills
  • Coachable person looking to learn the best practices from the industry leader
  • SaaS or Enterprise Software internship is a PLUS
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and manage concurrent selling situations
  • Ideally, this person has B2B consultative selling experience
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment

3. .Net Developer

Experience – 1 - 4 year
Positions - 5
Loaction - Pune
Key Skill - ASP.net, C#, .net framework, Web services SQL, SQL Server, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, Windows Presentation Foundation.

Desired Skill:

  • Microsoft Technologies (.Net Framework, C#.Net, Asp.Net and Ado.Net)
  • Basic knowledge of Ajax, JQuery and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 (tables, procedures, views, functions, joins etc.)
  • Web services, LINQ and Other Microsoft technologies are an added advantage

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BE/MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience.
  • Strong background in object oriented development techniques
  • Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices, e.g. SOA
  • Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Experience with Web Services, WCF and Service Oriented Architecture a plus
  • Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration (Jenkins or Bamboo)
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Passion for technology and knowledge.

Teams Connect New Version

TEAMS Connect new version launched by September 2018. New version will have additional features access to store and updated mobile app for iOS and Android. All existing customers will get the update and support for implementing additional features. Reverse bidding platform is being made available which will be on chargeable basis (Please contact sales for further information).

TEAMS FM

TEAMS FM system will be updated with additional tools and automation to remove human interface. Following are the updates to be made available: Smart Grid for electricity load calculation and distribution to multi-site client will be launched. With Smart Grid all the data will be logged to cloud at 1-minute interval giving you trends, historical faults and troubleshooting. Reverse bidding platform with connection to engineering services and spares manufacture for critical equipment’s will be joined together. Giving you complete clarity and cost reduction for inventory. Diesel Generator sensors with fuel monitoring and consumption analysis for efficiency has passed its initially testing phase. Now you can monitor all the energy parameters of DG without human interface making it completely automated system.
